Heart Valve Sewing (1st Shift)

We have Full Time Permanent (Immediate Hire) Positions and Temp to Hire Positions (Hire within 3-6 months after successfully completing training)
Pay Rate : $25 - $32 per hour
Location : Irvine, CA
Shift : Monday - Friday; 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform detailed tissue inspections to ensure impeccable quality.
- Seamlessly sew heart valves under a microscope, using cutting-edge techniques.
- Master the operation of basic manufacturing and testing equipment.
- Assemble tissue and heart valve components with precision under microscope magnification.
- Execute disassembly and rework tasks when necessary to maintain high standards.
- Accurately document all work activities in compliance with quality system SOPs.
Education / Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months in sewing or related experience within medical device manufacturing / assembly.
Required Skills :
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
- Capability to work autonomously with detailed instructions.
- Comfortable working under microscope magnification for extended periods.
