Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
Assessing customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Handle all guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Complete knowledge of the dining room / bar menu
Complete knowledge of the wine by the glass program, beer selections, and overall liquors
Ability to use POS system in an efficient manner
Ability to independently problem solve issues that arise in the bar
Efficient and responsible cash handling abilities

Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
