In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales of foundation repair services.

Responsibilities : -Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.-Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers to identify sales opportunities.

• Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of foundation issues.-Provide accurate and detailed estimates to customers for foundation repair services.
• Present and explain product and service offerings to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.-Follow up with customers to close sales and secure contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications : -Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
• With prior experience in installing foundations and waterproofing.-Knowledgeable in residential aspects such as gutters, siding and roofing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.-Knowledge of foundation repair techniques and services is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Excellent organizational and time management skills.-Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
