The selected Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.
- Full TimeContract
- 30 units weekly
- OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health / Homecare experience required
- Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
- Current AZRegistered Nurse (RN)license required
- Current BLS (AHA) or willingness to obtain
- OASIS experience REQUIRED - 24-48 turnaround
- Homecare Homebase experience required
- Valid Drivers License and Insurance required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
