Job Title : Production Associate

Job Description

• As a full-time production associate, you will be responsible for testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
• You will have the option to either sit or stand during your 10-hour shift, although standing will be required periodically.
• This role involves light industrial / general assembly tasks where you will lift no more than 10-15 lbs and meet specific assembly metrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
• Work 1st shift hours (5 : 30 am to 3 : 30 pm, Monday to Thursday) or 2nd shift hours (3 : 00 pm to 1 : 00 am, Monday to Thursday).
• Ensure good attendance and maintain quality standards.
• Utilize basic computer skills and hand tools.
• Meet metrics for the number of pieces assembled.

Essential Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in testing, soldering, assembly, general labor, inspection, and machine operation.
• Good attendance and quality-focused.
• $16-20 / hour based off of interview and experience.
