Service Sales Manager
Wesworth Electric, LLC is actively seeking a Service Sales Manager responsible for developing and managing sales in the field of Electrical Service, with a primary focus on Commercial and Industrial Customers.
This role involves overseeing a wide range of tasks, including Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance tasks, as well as Lighting retrofit projects.
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Director of Operation.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers through various channels.
- Conduct outside sales calls, solicitations, and networking to prospect for new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Recommend marketing strategies targeted to specific regions or demographics.
- Generate sales to meet company vision and goals.
- Strict adherence to NEC (National Electric Code) standards in all sales activities.
- Submit sales reports to the Director of Operation, the CEO and the owners.
- Secure repeat business through customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Timely submission and management of quotes.
- Develop and execute a monthly focused and aggressive sales action plan.
- Maintain knowledge of industry services and focus on trends and market dynamics.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate self-discipline and effective time management.
- Attend professional meetings and join local associations to build alliances and network.
- Actively participate in senior-level selling on strategic projects or accounts.
- Engage in meetings, presentations, and entertainment events with customers.
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to drive market awareness and growth.
- Seek out and leverage resources within the company for innovation and new offerings.
Required Knowledge / Skills, Education, and Experience :
- Industry experience in the Electrical Service business is essential.
- Possession of a valid Driver's license in good standing.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years to participate in the required vehicle plan.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience required.
