We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Curam Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing Curam solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Curam implementations.
- Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans and scripts.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, with at least 2 years working with Curam.
- Strong understanding of the Curam Social Program Management platform.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
