We are thrilled to add a Product Designer to the team. This role will lead multiple UX initiatives at the company, and partner deeply with both Product and Engineering teams to deliver internal and customer-facing software solutions.

As a Product Designer, you'll help define our users and their experiences. This involves both strategic and tactical thinking : on the one hand, thinking about problem spaces like user interaction, or paths to purchase;

on the other hand, building wires and comps that surprise and delight both your teammates and our clients.

Salary Range : $120K - $140K

Regular activities include, but are not limited to :

• Design simple, elegant experiences and user interfaces that delight internal users and clients alike
• Help build next-generation products, incorporating new technology and interfaces : bounce ideas, ideate low-fi wireframes quickly, and iterate
• Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design
• Help shape the product strategy and vision, by maintaining stakeholder relationships across the organization
• Maintain the FindMine design library and apply standards where appropriate
• Build functional prototypes to demonstrate, validate and test your designs
• Participate in user research and testing

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in product development, UX and / or UI development, ideally in B2B or B2B2C industries (e.g., client-facing widgets and B2B portals)
• Expert-level skill and speed with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe products
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with agile product development
• Passion for ecommerce and retail
• Curiosity about burgeoning technologies such as generative AI
• Experience building generative AI interfaces is a plus
