• Pay ranges from $36-40 hourly, DOE that's an earning potential equivalent to between $74,880 and $83,200 annually when working 40 hours weekly!

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and byassessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients.
• Adheres to state requirements for supervision of PTAs to provide services with the highest carestandards
• Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exerciseprograms; instructing patients, recommending and / or providing assistive equipment;

recommending follow-up programs.

• Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regardingpatient limitations / interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapyas well as discharge summaries.
• Maintains patient records confidentially.
• Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.
• Complies with the applicable State Physical Therapy Practice Act, codes and regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current State Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Efficient problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills and time management skills
• Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities
• Collaborative nature
• Allegiance to the mission, values, and vision of the organization
