In compliance withpolicies and standard operating procedures. Performs automatedpharmaceutical warehouse operations including receiving andappropriately storing product.
Participating in the cycle countprocess, packing prescriptions, and preparing products forshipping. Maintains a continuous, consistent work flow to meetdaily production goals.
Practices 200% Safety Accountability (selfand others).
WhatYou'll be Doing :
- Unloadsproduct from truck, receives and stores incomingsupplies.
- Verifies paperwork with receiveditems from Distribution Center.
- Reads computergenerated screens to find indicated merchandise on labeled shelves,verifies size and strength of the product before putting productaway.
- Processes orders for shipping; ensuresthe right tote is on the right hub and close out of the tote isaccurate.
- Folds and packs paperwork withprescriptions to prepare for shipping (SOP for totecloseout).
- Sorts orders by store location andplaces in totes for shipping.
- Separates productby lot numbers and expiration dates.
- Generalhousekeeping such as dust / mop floors and run floor scrubber inproduction area.
- Outdoor sanitation such astrash pick up (does not include snow removal or deicingwalks).
- Assist maintenance staff with dutiessuch as cleaning photo eyes, conveyor belts, andmachinery.
- Cleaning up of spills in theproduction area as needed.
- Execute sorteractivities.
- Execute autobagging.
- Prepare ice packs foruse.
- Load outbound pallets offreight.
- Assemble shelving or other buildingfixtures.
WhatYou Bring With You (Qualifications) :
- High school diploma or GEDrequired.
- CRT / PC familiarity aplus.
- General janitorialexperience.
- Retail or warehouse experiencepreferred.
- Powered cleaning equipment such as afloor scrubber or buffer preferred.
- Ability toread computer generated screens.
- Effectivecommunication skills.
