Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all phases of the project.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying any risks or issues, and develop contingency plans.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and progress.
- Prepare reports on project performance, risks, issues, and outcomes.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ensure project documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Act as a point of contact for any escalations or project-related issues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's is a plus).
- 3-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within specific industry .
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification is preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and quality assurance.
