- The Mitigation Technician will be mitigating various types of contaminants from a water or fire loss.
- Remove debris and document moisture levels / notate all projects using our computer / mobile software.
- Load / unload equipment to get area(s) ready for reconstruction.
- Display extraordinary customer service and communication with customers, while respectfully entering their homes or businesses.
- Attend morning company meetings and comply with a rotating ON-CALL schedule that includes some nights / weekends.
- Show initiative to get all projects completed in a timely manner, and assisting the team.
- Serve others in our community in their time of need while exhibiting a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Depending on experience, the hourly rate for a technician is $19-24 .
Qualifications and Requirements

A valid drivers license with a good driving record
Comfort and competence with modern technology
Desire to continually learn new things and adapt to change
Strong communication skills
Construction mitigation experience and / or construction trade experience preferred but not required.
