Trust & Safety Associate

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Associate (Thai, Indonesian, Traditional Chinese).

Key Responsibilities

Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals of potential policy violations

Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into reported content

Respond to user inquiries and collaborate with departments to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

B.A. / B.S. in related fields

1-2 years of experience in trust and safety or community management, specifically in UGC moderation

Native-level proficiency in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese

Strong proficiency with technology, including helpdesk software and MS Office

Experience working in a multicultural environment
