Requirements :

Alltherapists & counselors who wish to join Talkspace must possessand provide proof of the following :

• Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g.,LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Individual professionalmalpractice liability insurance policy
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQHapplication
• Individual NPI number
• Current residence in the USA

Compensation :

AtTalkspace, we believe in pay transparency. You will be reimbursed$67.90 per hour for live sessions. Rates for shorter live sessions(30- and 45-minute sessions) are prorated.

Additionally,asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans -please refer to our "Applicant Info Page" on our application formfor additional information.

Finally, we offer a monthly bonus($100-$4,000) based on the average number of clinical hours spentwith clients on the platform per week, with eligibility starting at3 weekly hours of client engagement.
