Full and Part time : Rates start at $20.50 / hour in our homes in Hampshire County.
Per diem : Rates start at $17.35 / hour in our homes in Hampshire County.
We also offer an outstanding benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, Verizon discount and AAA membership to name a few.
No experience required - We offer paid on-the-job training.
We have a variety of schedules available, as our group homes are 24 / 7.
Locations : Group homes in Hampshire County, including, Williamsburg, Amherst, Easthampton and Hadley, MA.
The qualifications :
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
The responsibilities of Direct Care workers :
- Personal Care
- Cooking
- Cleaning / Laundry
- Display an eagerness to support the interest of those served, through outings and programs offered in the community and throughout the agency
- Show flexibility, teamwork, reliability and a passion to serve others
