ASZ Caring Hearts Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in their homes.

JOB SUMMARY :

The Ideal Registered Nurse must have a strong background in internal medicine, pediatrics, occupational health, geriatrics, inpatient care, Developmental Disabilities, and strong assessment writing skills.

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized nursing care to patients based on their individualized care plans.

Your role will involve assessing patient needs, implementing care strategies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

JOB DUTIES :

• Must have strong assessment writing skills.
• Must know about Development Disabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate effective communication.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bilingual- English / Spanish, English / Creole Preferred.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience.
• Active Registered Nurse license in FL.
• Experience in home health or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting home health assessments for clients with Developmental Disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with ICD-9 coding systems and electronic health records.
• Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism at all times.
