Freemind Seattle is seeking a reliable, full-time Project Manager to work a hybrid schedule from our Georgetown office. Candidates must have experience in project coordination and a passion for the high-tech industry.

The main function of a Project Manager is to manage and track marketing materials and deliverables in a high-pace environment.

This person will create and manage the full deliverable schedule and ensure the team has ample time to create and deliver to the client.

This person will be responsible for managing and holding internal status updates and submission of all deliverables using multiple processes and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
  • Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
  • Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements
  • Manage complex project delivery processes
  • Attention to every detail and document changes and decisions made
  • Clear understand of large event elements such as; content creation, website creation, audience targeting, in-depth milestone calendar for multiple events at one time
  • Clear communication skills - ability to ask questions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 2-4 years experience
  • Proven project coordination / manager experience
  • Experience working in a team and individually
  • Self starter and curious to learn
  • Detail oriented with complex deliverable calendars
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible / adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with co-workers at different levels within the organization
