Highway Technical Manager
We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter as Technical Manager-Highways Florida to join our Miami, FL Highways Group.

How will you contribute to the team?
Staff Administration : Identifies current and future staffing availability based on technical and budgetary requirements.
Recommends salary levels for new hires and conducts performance reviews.
Project Production and Management : Ensures appropriate staff allocation to projects, monitors compliance with quality control standards, and assists staff in resolving problems.
Technical Excellence : Maintains visibility and encourages staff participation in professional organizations.
Marketing and Client Maintenance : Participates in pursuing new project opportunities by maintaining contacts with current and prospective clients.
Contracts and Financial : Assists in staffing new pursuits and contract negotiations.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree in field of practice; post-graduate degree preferred. 7 years of experience with at least three in project management or supervisory roles.
Professional Engineer's License in Florida required, or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
FDOT Districts 4 and / or 6 experience required.
Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage individuals and teams.
Must have heavy highway / roadway design and project management experience.
Must be able to travel within the state.
