Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

In this opportunity as Senior Business Analyst, you will :

Take ownership of business requirements for product features based on stakeholder and customer input. These features tax & accounting compliance items, user interface features and operational processes.

Act as a liaison between the engineering team and Product Management to deliver agreed upon features.

Ensure that implementation follows the design and directs modifications of the design, along with ensuring system assurance methodology is followed.

Develop and improve business processes within the technology organization.

Participate in short and long term planning sessions with stakeholders to improve the customer experience and software development process.

Provide technical guidance to less experienced analysts on tasks.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Senior Business Analyst if your background includes :

Bachelor’s degree

Accounting / Tax experience or education. (Required)

US Tax experience preferred

3+ years of experience in a business analyst or tax / accounting role

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Agile learners Ability to learn something new

Experience in Tax Provision preferable
