al di là Trattoria is seeking a server for 4 nights / week. We are a busy neighborhood restaurant located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, established in 1998.
Candidate should be able to
- Work with warmth, precision and efficiency under the pressures of a busy service while maintaining a friendly and courteous attitude towards collegues and guests.
- Work as a member of a team to create a warm, communal and welcoming experience.
- Work as a member of a team to maintain all aspects of the restaurant.
- Expected to have full knowlege of all food and beverages as well as methods of preparation on our menu and a passion for food and the hospitality industry in general.
Bartending experience a plus!
Hours are 4 : 00-close .
