Employee Experience Communication Specialist

Job Summary :

The Employee Experience Communication Specialist is responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience. This includes monitoring and analyzing customer satisfaction data and organizing outreach programs.

The primary focus of this role is improving customer communication by creating clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand messaging.

This will be achieved through an Employee Experience newsletter and other communication channels. Additionally, the role will support the communication strategy and technology change management across Business Units.

This involves standardizing information and defining marketing campaigns to increase awareness of our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Effectively communicate updates, tips and tricks, changes, and tech-related messaging in a user-friendly way to bridge the gap between Global Technology and the employee.
  • Communicate using different channels and methods, including a weekly Global Technology Employee Experience newsletter, Slack channel, video content, and digital displays.
  • Conduct outreach programs to improve the customer experience and raise awareness by collaborating across Business Units and partnering with respective CTOs and tech leaders.
  • Support communication strategy and tech Change Management across Technology BUs.
  • Standardize information across BUs, including knowledge of tools, applications, and How To guides and lunch-and-learn sessions.
  • Curate communication materials to ensure that all messaging aligns with the company's brand, services, and goals.

Measures :

CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Score : This KPI can measure customer satisfaction before and after implementing communication strategies.

A higher score indicates customers are more satisfied with the company's products and services.

Outreach Program Participation Rate : This KPI measures the participation rate in outreach programs conducted by the Employee Experience Communication Specialist.

A higher rate indicates that the specialist's efforts successfully engage with customers.

Standardization Adoption Rate : This KPI measures the adoption rate of standardized materials (e.g., knowledge of tools, applications, and How-to guides).

A higher rate indicates that the specialist's efforts successfully standardize information across BUs.

Timeliness of Communication : This KPI measures the timeliness of communication, especially during tech-related changes.

A higher rate of timely communication indicates that the specialist effectively delivers communication in a user-friendly way.

Quality of Communication Materials : This KPI measures the quality of communication materials, including their alignment with the company's brand, services, and messaging.

A higher rate of quality communication materials indicates that the specialist has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Marketing Campaign Success Rate : This KPI measures the success of technology marketing campaigns, including their ability to raise awareness of the company's brand and services.

A higher success rate indicates that the specialist is effectively developing marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an internal communications role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting customer satisfaction data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing marketing campaigns and change management is a plus.

Job Category :

Pay Range : 70,000 - 85,000
