DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Beans & Brews Assistant Managers are expected to meet the requirements and perform the duties of a Beans & Brews Barista, and Shift Leader.
- Deliver extraordinary experiences to every one of our Guests, each and every day.
- Prepare quality products including coffee and non-coffee beverages with the use of an espresso machine, blenders and other equipment assisting in beverage preparation.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties and learn basic cash handling, POS and Computer skills.
- Effectively manage shifts by prioritizing duties, managing people, and resolving day to day conflicts.
- Train and enforce Beans & Brews policies and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Retail and / or customer service experience as well as leadership experience is necessary. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- The Assistant Manager position requires a positive, friendly and confident personality with strong leadership, training and communication skills.
- Beans & Brews Assistant Managers must be able to effectively manage people and resolve guest and employee questions and concerns.
- Assistant Managers must be skilled in cash management and prioritization skills.
- The Assistant Manager must be a professional representative of Beans & Brews Coffee House setting the example for their staff.
