Business Development Job Summary
We are an energetic, forward-thinking, and hard-working company aimed to offer the next level personnel to the commercial diving industry seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team.

Business Development Responsibilities
- Research and Identify growth markets to strategically capture market share with newly identified and existing customers.
- Establish and cultivate strong networking relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels and departments of target customers, industry organizations, and key business partners.
- Serve as a consultant to leaders, project participants, and customers while working with a variety of complex multilevel interactions.
- Define sales potential; prepare budgets; maintain sales tracking and other administrative reporting required by management.
- Collaborate in developing and utilizing CRM software as the primary tool to manage day-to-day sales activities (including pre-call plans, detailed contact management, quotations, communications / email tracking, project management, etc.)
- Ability to Maintain professionalism and represent the company while at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.
Business Development Position Requirements
- Commercial Diving Experience
- Must be willing to travel domestically up to 15%
- Ability to achieve security clearance
- 3 + yrs of Business Development, Sales and or similar. Ideally within the Maritime industry
- Experience utilizing CRM systems
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills
