Registered Nurse Supervisor Night Shift

St. Patricks Home Rehabilitation andHealth Care is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor forthe Night Shift for our SkilledNursing Facility in the BronxNY .

Duties :

• Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updatingpolicies and procedures
• Complete Resident carerequirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providingsupport to Residents and their families
• Provide information to Residents and Staff by answeringquestions and requests
• Maintain safe and cleanworking environment by following procedures rules andregulations
• Maintain Resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
• Maintain documentation of Resident care services byauditing Resident and department records
• Maintain nursing supplies inventory and otherresponsibilities as required

Requirements :

• Must hold valid RNLicense
• Long Term Care Experience
• Basic computer skills
• Excellentcommunication skills and strong team player
