How You'll Make An Impact

As Senior Product Manager - Data & AI , you will lead the strategic development of our data infrastructure, organizing information from diverse sources to enable automated reporting, data science, and analytics, and lay the foundation for industry-leading AI / ML capabilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, and champion data-driven decision-making and innovation throughout the organization.

What You'll Own

  • Support and drive the creation and maintenance of a scalable data architecture that supports both current and future business needs, anticipating growth and evolving requirements.
  • Develop and communicate our data strategy, integrating and normalizing data from multiple sources in a way that can be used to generate insights and reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring data reliability, consistency, and integrity.
  • Own the development of automated reporting and insights generation capabilities to deliver actionable intelligence for business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, analytics, and business operations to define data requirements and prioritize initiatives.
  • Set the foundation for AI-first features by architecting the data infrastructure in a way that enables advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and decisions, fostering alignment and driving consensus among stakeholders.

Experience To Bring With You

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology product environment - startup experience a plus.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing data infrastructure solutions, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses (e.

g., Snowflake, Redshift).

  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, relational databases, and SQL, with the ability to optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability.
  • Proven track record of integrating data from diverse sources such as Salesforce, Segment, and Jira, ensuring data quality and consistency across the organization.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, data connectors, and middleware platforms to streamline data ingestion and synchronization processes.
  • Experience implementing automated reporting and dashboarding solutions using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Thoughtspot) and scripting languages (e.

g., Python, R) to extract insights from data.

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy AI-driven features and models.
  • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training / validation processes, with a focus on building scalable and reliable AI solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align data initiatives with business goals and objectives, driving long-term value creation and competitive advantage through a top-tier data infrastructure and data-driven insights.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions under pressure, considering trade-offs and risks to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Willing and able to work in an open office environment in New York City or in Palo Alto, CA in a hybrid structure. This role is not remote-eligible.

Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team.

Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.

The annual cash compensation for this role is : $175,000 - $190,000
