What is the key purpose of a Manager, Brand Services and Partnerships?
As a Manager, Brand Services and Partnerships working on the Global Sales Alliance team in New York City, you will manage day-to-day relationships with Brand services and measurement partners including commercial, operational and reporting aspects, with a focus on global revenue growth.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role it is essential that you have :
- 3 years of professional experience (client-facing in the digital media / online publisher space preferred)
- Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
- Strong technical skills for multiple platform management
- Analytical abilities to draw conclusions, generate insights, and enhance performance
- Excellent presentation skills and writing
- Degree in Economics, Math is a plus
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Deal Making experience is a plus but not required
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As a Manager, Brand Services and Partnerships, you will :
- Advance and establish new opportunities with existing partnerships to increase revenue
- Routinely meet and have weekly calls with your internal clients (sales, AMs) in order to boost spend with brand service and measurement adoption
- Manage internal interfaces and operations in order to achieve revenue goals and deliver on customer requirements
- Client education & proactive consultation Ensuring that Advertisers and Account managers are following the best practices and maximizing every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize performance for different types of Advertisers integrations and activities
- Use data analytics tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Excel, etc.) on a daily basis to draw business conclusions and identify opportunities for growth
- Work very closely with Product Management to increase client engagement by building new features / improving products based on clients feedback, as well as troubling technical issues
- Work with the team’s Business Analysts to own all monthly and weekly custom reporting, along with all ensuing communication with internal and external stakeholders
