Enterprise Finance is a division within Corporate Treasury that provides finance and treasury subject matter expertise to maximize value and mitigate risk for Chevron's global business units, joint ventures, and affiliates.

The Enterprise Finance Principal supports commercial and financial transactions including acquisitions, divestments and joint venture investments; negotiating financing terms and conditions to mitigate exposure and reduce cost; and ensuring cash availability when and where needed at the lowest cost. In addition, the Enterprise Finance Principal is responsible for enabling strategic business activities by providing high-quality advice and expertise on financial matters, risk management, and decision support.

Work Schedule : Full-time with opportunity to work modified schedules (e.g., "9 / 80" schedule with alternate Fridays off). Hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office per week with option of remote work on Fridays.

Travel Requirements : Occasional to company and other locations around the world.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to :

• Provide Finance and Treasury expertise to support acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures investments and other strategic business activities
• Lead project and structured financing, cash repatriation, FX risk mitigation, and business unit capital structure decisions; negotiate financing to minimize costs, optimize exposure, and ensure timely cash availability
• Act as the main contact and expert for Finance and Treasury matters with business partners, providing timely counsel to assess and mitigate risk
• Optimize business unit cash redeployment and address funding needs
• Facilitate executive management approvals for transactions as required
• Drive good decisions through financial analysis and business acumen
• Maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives
