Job Summary

Provides foundational support to team members through the coordination of product samples, documentation, and vehicle try-ons.

Must be highly organized, driven to keep projects moving, and motivated to improve team workflows.

Primary Duties

Sample Coordination

• Order, organize, and manage team sample inventories (OE, competitor, and Dorman).
• Ensure samples are available when requested.
• Ship samples domestically and internationally.
• Provide timely updates to the appropriate stakeholders when samples are shipped and / or received.
• Manage sample budget and highlight opportunities to reduce sample spend without impacting development timelines.

Product Testing Coordination

Qualifications

Physical Requirement : Capability to lift 50 pounds.

Working Conditions : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate
