About Us : In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in pediatric care. Our services include Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Physical Therapy (PT), Mental Health Services, Feeding Therapy, a Therapeutic Preschool Program, Transitional Program, and ABA Services.

Job Responsibilities : As an LCSW at In2Great!, you'll play a pivotal role in our child-centered approach to therapy. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conduct client evaluations and assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and establish goals.
• Provide therapy sessions based on a child-centered approach.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with clients’ parents / caregivers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications :

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
