The Senior Financial Services Advisor has a dual role, with 40% managerial and 60% financial services responsibilities. They help applicants and students determine their eligibility for federal financial aid programs, including PELL, SEOG, Stafford / Direct, and other Title IV and non-Title IV programs.
They also handle the packaging and awarding of aid for each academic year using EP / Financial Aid Solutions (FAS). Additionally, they provide coaching to employees, review operational procedures and performance, conduct FSA observations for quality assurance and compliance, and ensure adherence to governmental regulations and institutional procedures.
Ethical conduct is crucial in their interactions with students and staff.
What We Offer : The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $26-$30 per hour. Our benefit program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts.
