Oversee the direction and administration of the school's tuition / business offices day to day standard accounting / clerical duties and operations in the areas of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Analyze every day financial activities and provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
- Oversee bookkeeping staff.
- Ensure that school financial accounts are reconciled and balanced.
- Must be familiar with and know how to utilize accounting software systems (Gradelink, Power Schools)
- Reconcile and process monthly health benefit bills
- Provide accounting / payroll reports upon request
- Familiar with ADP payroll / reporting system
- Professional with bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Experience in a demanding high level office environment
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel
- Knowledge of business, budgeting, accounting and bookkeeping.
