Business Systems Analyst Work with users and subject matter experts to understand business processes and specific uses of business applications in meeting operational needs. Responsibilities :
- Supports business application users by reviewing and resolving process and application issues.
- Acts as the liaison between local operations and the Corporate ERP-IT team.
- Develops proposals and plans to address business system needs, including required resources (personnel and costs).
- Leads business system projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and handling or escalating issues as necessary.
- Meets regularly with managers and users to assess business system performance and recommends improvements as needed.
- Gains expertise in the integration of various business applications (QAD, QAD EQMS, MES) to become the subject matter expert (SME).
- Adheres to all relevant policies and procedures, including 5S, Safety, ARCLA, and IT-specific policies.
Requirements :
- Hands on experience with SQL or other database platforms
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Knowledge of Maintaining and Handling of ERP-and Quality Systems (QAD and QAD EQMS)
- Knowledge of integrated and bolt-on production control and quality systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work with employees and vendors at all levels
- High safety and cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills within the department as well as with other departments
