Job description : Job Summary :

  • Driving tractor / trailer rig on a daily route as assigned by Dispatch.
  • Ability to drive Monday - Friday (maybe occasional Saturdays)
  • Able to back up to a loading dock and complete electronic log book accurately and timely, including pre- and post-trip reports.
  • Mainly drop and hook
  • Pick up and deliver loads while providing the highest quality of service.
  • Complete assignments accurately or when unable to do so, attempt to correct issues satisfactory to the customer and our company.

REQUIRED :

Must complete the assigned skills test before being considered for this position.

  • Class A CDL and clean driving record. No tickets or accidents in the last 3 years.
  • 3 years of experience driving a tractor / trailer rig.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Tanker endorsement required.
  • Hazmat endorsement preferred.
  • Exemplify safe working conditions in compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
  • Regular, punctual attendance.
