Family Practice physician job in California :
A small outpatient group located in sunny Santa Cruz, CA, aligned with one of the largest health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California, has an opening for a Family Medicine physician.
Flexibility and Exceptional Work / Life Balance :

- Full Time option to work 4 or 4.5 days per week
- 100% outpatient, no nights, no weekends

Compensation / Benefits Include :
- 2 year salary guarantee : $300,000+
- Excellent earning potential with productivity bonus
- Student loan reimbursement up to $100,000
- Residency signing stipend : $18,000
- Sign on bonus up to $125,000
