We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives ! If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ready to excel in a sales-driven environment, Branson Travel Group has exciting opportunities for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell discounted vacation packages.
- Persuade customers through proven sales techniques to purchase packages in exchange for attending a tour of the company's resort.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout each call.
- Track and report daily sales and confirmed packages.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment desired.
