fulltime, hybrid 3-month (Sept-Dec.)

with the possibility of an extension . Compensation for this position is expected to be
$34-38 / hour
depending on experience level and fit.

Applies innovative thinking and brings an understanding of design technology and applications to multimedia production. Supports communications goals and business priorities with creative production across the department and with business partners throughout the organization.
What You’ll Do : Collaborate with designers and project stakeholders to design and edit materials in one or more channels, including print, digital, video, audio, and social.
Review product ready materials with creative leads.Publish content to communications channels.Adhere to project filing protocols and naming conventions.
Understanding of digital media file formats and qualities.Understand project details and ensure that work is error free prior to submittal.
Partner with creative leads on timeline and deliverables to produce effective content under tight deadlines.Review client and legal feedback and incorporate into creative.
Assist with organizing and maintaining in-house video / photo production studio and equipment. Interpret and follow production plans, shot lists, and equipment lists.
What You’ll Need : Advertising, marketing, graphic design, or video production.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud graphic design applications : Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud video and audio production applications : Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
Familiarity with photo and video equipment : digital photography, digital video cameras, audio recording equipment, studio lighting.
Digital video and photography workflow.Web design and computer science familiarity a plus.Modern creative project management systems a plus.
