We are actively recruiting a Regional AR ( Accounts Receivable ) Consultant to join our California East Bay Team. Territory covering -Greater San Francisco Bay (Antioch, Castro Valley, Concord, Hayward, Moraga, Oakland, Pleasant Hill, San Leandro, Walnut Creek)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee billing, collections and billing compliance for a group of facilities.
• Assist facilities fulfill the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Skills :

• Previous experience as an office manager in a skilled nursing facility
• Knowledge of billing and collections for skilled nursing facilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and knowledge of Point Click Care is a plus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Required : 10+ years of Management experience preferred.
