We are seeking a strategic and inspirational Manager, Finance to join our dynamic team.
The Manager, Finance is a key member of the global finance team and is responsible for leading a team that influences and supports business decisions that help Build-A-Bear achieve its strategic financial objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and review of the consolidated financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in all financial reporting activities
- Maintain and enforce company policies
- Lead global monthly financial close process
- Manage and review worked performed by direct reports
- Establish, maintain and document internal and external controls within areas of responsibility
- Participate in the implementation and development of finance / accounting systems
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6-8 years experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Skilled in Excel
- Expert financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills
- Proven leadership ability

- Graduate Degree
- 8-10 years experience
- 3+ years of management experience
