Prepare materials for processing, including loading and unloading furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets. Identify and report any unusual problems or irregularities to the supervisor. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards. Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills. Must have 2 years of furnace operating experience. Ability to follow written instructions and shop orders. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Previous experience in a manufacturing or heat-treating environment is a plus.
