About the Role :
Axiom Properties is looking for a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining our properties to the highest standards and ensuring our residents enjoy a superior living experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Routine Maintenance : Conduct plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry tasks.
- Resident Requests : Address maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Property Upkeep : Inspect and maintain the grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Apartment Turnovers : Assist in preparing units for new residents.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- On-Call Duties : Participate in rotating on-call schedules and snow removal.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a similar field desired.
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
