Responsibilities

  • Client Assistance : Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Policy Information : Educate clients about their insurance policies, explaining coverage, benefits, and any relevant details.
  • Claims Support : Assist clients with filing insurance claims, guiding them through the process and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
  • Policy Updates : Make changes and updates to clients' policies as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Documentation : Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information.

Requirement

  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Customer Service Experience : Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
