- Claims Support : Assist clients with filing insurance claims, guiding them through the process and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Policy Updates : Make changes and updates to clients' policies as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information.
Requirement
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Customer Service Experience : Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
