Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Support the Hills R&D Finance team with Purchase Order Management

Follow up with stakeholders regarding purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices

Run and distribute system-generated reports

Attend monthly Accounts Payable meetings and follow up on unresolved issues

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sr. Finance Analyst and Finance Manager

Minimum Education : High School Diploma

Required Experience & Qualifications :

Prior experience in accounting, banking, or purchasing preferred

Strong attention to detail

Effective communication skills
