As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to support our finance team in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Position Overview : As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues in-office while also enjoying the convenience of working remotely for 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities : Support the financial planning and budgeting process by preparing forecasts, variance analyses, and financial models.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting business performance.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improving financial performance and efficiency.

Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or related role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Benefits : Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
