About the Forensic Therapist / Intake Specialist Position :

A local provider that serves sex offenders and those struggling with sexual behaviors needs part-time outpatient therapists / intake specialists at their York County office.
Using a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and a mix of group, individual, and family therapy, this team of dedicated forensic therapists collaborates to improve lives, change behavior patterns, and make our community better and safer.
Clients include court-mandated offenders and those seeking treatment on their own.
Our Ideal Forensic Therapist / Intake Specialist :
- REQUIRED : Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, School Counseling, or other Human Services related field
- REQUIRED : PA license (LSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- 2 years of mental health counseling experience preferred
- Detailed, organized, and timely with paperwork
