Emergency Room Nurse

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room will report to the Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department. This role involves close collaboration with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care.

The Emergency Room at this medical center is a high-intensity area where the team handles a diverse range of urgent medical conditions.

As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and prioritizing patient needs, administering medications and treatments according to protocols, and providing immediate care to patients in critical condition.

You will collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and document all patient interactions and treatments.

Additionally, you will educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-care instructions, and ensure that the Emergency Room maintains a clean and safe environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid RN license. Candidates should have strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR) and a proven track record of providing high-quality patient care are essential.
