Position Overview :
Adistec Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in intercompany accounting, a deep understanding of financial reporting, and the ability to collaborate with financial teams across different countries.
This role requires a strategic mindset to provide insightful analysis and support the financial decision-making processes at the regional level.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Planning & Analysis : Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making and long-term planning.
- Intercompany Transactions : Manage and oversee intercompany reconciliations, ensure proper allocation of costs and revenues, and resolve discrepancies across entities within the Adistec Corp group.
- Cross-Country Collaboration : Work closely with finance teams from different countries to consolidate financial results, standardize reporting processes, and ensure compliance with local and corporate financial regulations.
- Monthly and Quarterly Reporting : Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Data Analysis : Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist management in understanding business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Business Partnering : Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to provide financial support, develop forecasts, and assist in strategic business decisions.
- Process Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance and Audit Support : Ensure adherence to corporate policies, accounting standards, and support internal / external audit processes as needed.
- Additional Projects : The position may perform other projects or various tasks as requested or assigned.

- Leadership : Ability to work independently while also contributing to team initiatives, mentoring junior staff when necessary.
- Technical Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools, including ERP systems like NetSuite , BI , and Tableau .
Strong financial modeling skills.
Qualifications for Senior Analyst :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in intercompany transactions and accounting.
- Strong ability to collaborate with finance teams across multiple countries.
- Must be bilingual Spanish and English ; Portuguese is a plus.
- Senior-level expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in financial strategy and business partnering with senior leadership.
- Proven capacity to work independently, manage complex projects, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the technology or IT sector.
- Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Experience in implementing financial systems or improving intercompany processes.

Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.
