We are in search of experienced ICU Registered Nurses to become part of our team in Rochester, New York. Joining our client's team offers the chance to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients.
Position : ICU Registered Nurses
Location : Rochester, NY
Salary details : $90,000 - $125,000
Shift : Nights
ICU or Neuro ICU RN Responsibilities :
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the ICU and / or Neuro ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills and knowledge
ICU RN Qualifications :
- Valid RN license in the state of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ICU and / or Neuro ICU setting
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed
