Human Resources Manager
Unity Search is on the hunt for a proficient Human Resource Manager to oversee and lead the HR operations for one of our esteemed clients.
This role is critical in managing and enhancing the human resources functions, ensuring the organization's HR strategies are implemented effectively and align with overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Manage the HR department's daily operations to guarantee efficient and seamless functions.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support talent management, retention, and succession planning.
- Provide expert advice and support on complex HR matters and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to attract and retain premier talent.
- Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Keen attention to detail with superior organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with modern HRIS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification preferred.
- At least five years of HR management experience.
