Job Title : Compliance Analyst
The Contract Compliance Analyst will support the contract compliance team in managing and monitoring contractor performance and compliance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to learn the ins and outs of contract administration, particularly in ensuring compliance with MWSBE (Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprise) and DBRA (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) standards.
The candidate will receive comprehensive training to develop their skills in compliance monitoring, contract analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Support : Partner with clients and contractors to ensure MWSBE participation goals are met, offering guidance and resources to help them succeed.
- Compliance Monitoring : Conduct regular reviews, audits, and site visits to ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements and related federal, state, and local regulations.
- Investigation & Resolution : Investigate any potential compliance violations, providing recommendations and enforcing corrective measures as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience with compliance or audit work
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of contract terms and principles; familiarity with MWSBE or DBRA is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
