LOCATION : Beverly Hills, CA
PAY RANGE : $25 - $30 / hr(Up to $35 / hr with proper experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Engaging in all facets of the intake process from initial inquiry to client retention
- Answering inbound phone calls from prospective clients while providing stella customer service
- Performing unbiasedscreening to gather facts and assess the strength and weakness of potential cases
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating execution of the retainer packages
- Obtaining evidencefrom prospective clients in regal time, including paystubs, communications and other relevantdocuments
- Computer and typing literacy, as the candidate will be utilizing a user friendlycase management intake software

REQUIREMENT AND PREFERENCES :
- 1 Year intake specialistswith law firm
- Knowledge of Personal Injury Law
- Bilingual - English and Spanish (Must Have)
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, self motivated and willing to adapt
- Computer literate - Office 365, Adobe, WindowsOS
